Acceptable Use Policy for Retslav

Last updated: 2025-11-13

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines permitted and prohibited uses of Retslav's services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

1. Fair Use and Resource Limits

  • Reasonable Usage: Use services for intended purposes, such as hosting game servers, developing code, or running applications. Resource consumption (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) must align with your plan's limits.
  • Limits by Service:
    • Free Gamerservers: Limited to 10GB bandwidth/month, basic CPU/RAM allocation.
    • Paid Gamerservers: Up to 100GB-500GB bandwidth/month, depending on plan.
    • Dedicated Servers: 65TB-1650TB bandwidth/month, with additional fees for excessive CPU usage.
    • Development Site: Unlimited code executions within fair limits; high-usage projects may incur charges.
  • Monitoring: We monitor usage to ensure fairness. Excessive consumption (e.g., DDoS-like traffic) may lead to throttling or suspension.
  • Incoming Traffic: Always unmetered and free.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Engage in illegal activities, including fraud, harassment, or distribution of malicious software.
  • Host or distribute copyrighted content without permission.
  • Perform unauthorized scans, DDoS attacks, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Mine cryptocurrencies without prior approval (additional fees may apply).
  • Spam, send unsolicited emails, or engage in phishing.
  • Overload servers with abusive workloads that degrade performance for others.
  • Use services for any purpose that violates laws or these Terms.

3. Content and Conduct

  • All content must be lawful and non-offensive. We reserve the right to remove harmful content.
  • Respect other users; no harassment or abusive behavior.

4. Enforcement and Reporting

  • Actions: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities.
  • Appeals: Contact support to appeal decisions.
  • Reporting Abuse: Report violations to [email protected] with details.
